Step 1: Download and Extract

1. Login to Cpanel.
2. Select MySQLDatabase Wizard as shown in the picture.
3. Enter database name and it’s username and password
4. Now After successful completion of wizard go to MySQLDatabase option in Cpanel(as shown above)
5. Write down the hostname, username, password

 

Step 3: Upload the files

Now you will need to decide where on your web site you’d like your blog to appear: In the root directory of your web site. (For example, http://example.com/) In a subdirectory of your web site. (For example, http://example.com/blog/)

In the Root Directory

o Extract the WordPress zip file in a folder called WordPress.
o Login to your website through ftp client
o Upload all files which is inside the WordPress folder in your root directory

In a Subdirectory

o Rename the WordPress directory to your desired name
o Login to your website through ftp client
o Upload the directory to your desired location within the root directory of your web site.

Step 4: Run the Install Script

Point your favorite web browser to start the installation script.

  1. If you placed the WordPress files in the root directory, you should visit: http://example.com/ If you placed the WordPress files in a subdirectory called blog, for example, you should visit:http://example.com/blog
  2. If you placed the WordPress files in a subdirectory called blog, for example, you should visit: http://example.com/blog

Step 5: Create Configuration File Click on create configuration file button on appeared screen.

Step 6: Create Configuration File

Here you have to enter required information that we got in step 2.

Step 7: Site Details and Admin Details

 

Step 8: Run Installation

 

Step 9: Login to your wordpress
